Contest terms & conditions

1. Contest is open to eligible participants who complete all four steps: attending Pinktober Fitness Fiesta, taking a photo or video at the Di Nex Adventure x The Attaché booth, posting it on both Instagram and TikTok, and tagging all three brands as specified.
2. On Instagram, all three brands must be added as Collaborators on the post, not only tagged. Tagging alone does not meet this requirement.
3. One entry per person.
4. The winning entry is the post generating the highest combined total of likes and comments, summed across the entrant's Instagram post and TikTok post together.
5. Engagement must be genuine. Purchased likes or comments, bots, fake accounts, automated engagement or other attempts to manipulate the count will result in disqualification.
6. Posts must remain public and live for the full contest period for engagement to be counted.
7. Organizers reserve the right to verify a winner's eligibility, attendance and engagement before confirming the winner.
8. The winner must be able to provide proof that all four steps were completed, including that the booth photo or video was genuinely taken at Pinktober Fitness Fiesta.
9. The prize is one CINÉ NOIR experience, the signature offering from the new Di Nex Adventure CINÉ Collection, valued at J$75,000.
10. CINÉ NOIR includes private outdoor cinema for two, signature styling, red-carpet arrival, premium seating, dinner, dessert, one bottle of wine, popcorn and a Di Nex attendant on site.
11. The winner is responsible for providing the venue for the experience. The venue must be suitable for the outdoor cinema setup.
12. Venue rental, transportation and any other costs not specifically included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
13. Alcohol will only be provided to persons of legal drinking age, and valid identification may be required.
14. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another service.
15. The prize must be redeemed and used on or before Sunday, October 25, 2026. It expires after that date and cannot be extended, rescheduled past that date, carried over, or exchanged for cash.
16. The winner must choose and confirm a date and venue within 48 hours of being notified. The date and time must be agreed with Di Nex Adventure and are subject to availability. Dates are allocated first come, first served.
17. The experience is subject to reasonable weather, safety and operational conditions. If circumstances outside the organizers' control affect the experience, an alternative date may be arranged, and that date must also fall on or before October 25, 2026.
18. The winner must respond within 48 hours of being notified, including confirming their chosen date. If they cannot be reached, fail to verify eligibility, or do not meet the requirements, another eligible entrant may be selected.
19. Di Nex Adventure, ProfileBiz and The Attaché reserve the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information, attempts to manipulate engagement, or violates these terms.
20. The official winner will be announced on October 3, 2026, at Garden Exclusive Restaurant's All-Inclusive Movie Night.
21. This contest is a promotional collaboration between Di Nex Adventure, ProfileBiz and The Attaché and is subject to the applicable laws and regulations of Jamaica.
