Every line itemised, valid for 14 days. A 10% deposit confirms the date. Nothing is held until that deposit lands and is acknowledged in writing, so the sooner it comes the safer your date is.
Two hours before your start time. Screen up, projector aligned, flooring laid, seating set, lighting placed, popcorn made. If it is a surprise, we work to whatever cover story you have given us.
The headphones mean the sound belongs to the two of you and nothing else carries across the yard. When it is done we pack it all away, and the only thing left behind is the night itself.
Cinema seating for two with cushions and blankets, two sets of silent headphones, the HD projector, the projection screen, one serving of popcorn each, decorative flooring under the whole setup and battery-powered site lighting. Delivery, setup and pull-down are all included in that figure. Everything else on this page is optional.
Yes, and most couples do. Home and private venues cost nothing extra. If you would rather we find a venue for you, we can source one, and that gets quoted separately once we know the parish and the date. That path carries a 50% deposit covering both the venue and our service.
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons this gets booked. Tell us the plan when you request the quote, including whatever she has been told is happening. We will work to that story. Personalised decor from $80,000 covers signage, styling and the parts she is not expecting to see when she walks out.
Outdoors, 7:00 PM is the recommendation, because the picture needs real darkness to look the way it should. Anything between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM has to be indoors where the light can be blocked out. The latest start we will take is 9:00 PM, which puts the film finishing around midnight.
Two weeks minimum, eight months maximum. Your date is not held until a deposit receipt reaches us and we confirm it in writing. Until that happens the date stays open to anybody else who asks for it, so for a Valentine's or a public holiday, move early.
Anywhere in Jamaica. Kingston, St. Andrew and St. Catherine carry no travel charge. Every other parish adds an out of region fee of $15,000. If the only way to the setup area is up stairs, there is a multi-level access fee of $15,000 as well.
Talk to us as early as you can and we will work it out together. The equipment is the same equipment that runs indoors, so a covered space, a verandah or a hall can usually save the night. What we cannot do is set up projection gear in open weather.
