The Agreement,
In Plain Sight.

Cinema Setup Package. Projector, screen, silent headphones for every guest, battery-powered site lighting, delivery, installation and pull-down.

Cinema Experience. Per guest: seat, cushion, blanket, one serving of popcorn, prop tickets, movie-night décor and decorative flooring.

Event Window. From two hours before the agreed start time to thirty minutes after the film ends.

Di Nex. Di Nex Adventure, trading as La Prossima Avventura, Business Registration No. 8028/2026.

Deposit. A non-refundable 10% deposit secures your date. No date is confirmed until it is received. Paying the deposit accepts these Terms in full.

Balance. Due 24 hours before the start time. Di Nex may withhold service if it is unpaid.

Payment. By bank transfer to the account named on your quotation or invoice.

Quotations. Valid 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Guest Numbers. Billing is per guest. Guests beyond the number quoted are charged at the prevailing rate. Minimum booking is 10 guests.

By the Client. The deposit is forfeited. Cancelling within 48 hours of the event allows Di Nex to retain 50% of any balance paid, to cover committed crew and logistics.

Rescheduling. One free reschedule with 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Later requests may attract a fee.

By Di Nex. Where severe weather or events beyond our control prevent delivery, you receive a free reschedule or, if that is not possible, a full refund.

Weather. This is an outdoor service. Light rain is not grounds for cancellation and you are responsible for any shelter required. Refunds apply only under 3.3.

Standard. Crew arrive two hours before start. Service ends 30 minutes after the film, at no charge.

Extensions. Beyond that, JMD $5,000 per hour or part hour, agreed and paid in advance.

Popcorn Machine. Runs from 10 minutes before the film until it ends. Outside that window, $2,000 per hour. Unlimited popcorn covers the whole event at no extra charge.

Access. Unobstructed access to the venue from two hours before start.

Power and Internet. One working outdoor power point and, where streaming, a stable connection. Failures on your side do not entitle you to a refund.

Furniture. Tables and chairs, unless quoted as an add-on.

Safe Space. Ground clear, reasonably level and free of hazards. Di Nex may refuse or modify setup where it is unsafe.

Guests. You are responsible for the conduct and supervision of your guests. Our crew are present in a service capacity only.

Handling. Equipment must not be moved, modified or operated by you or your guests, and must be kept clear of food, drink, flame and water.

Damage. You are responsible for repair or replacement at full value where equipment is damaged, lost or stolen through your or your guests' actions.

Respect for Crew. Our team are entitled to a safe, respectful working environment. Abusive or threatening conduct is not tolerated and Di Nex may withdraw service without refund.

Safety Authority. The assigned Team Lead has final authority on all on-site safety decisions.

Your Choice, Your Licence. You choose the content and are solely responsible for holding any licence required to screen it. Di Nex supplies no film and licenses no content.

Public Screenings. Private screenings for invited guests are treated differently from public performance. Ticketed, public or commercial events may require additional licensing, which is yours to obtain.

Streaming. Where content is streamed, you are responsible for complying with that service's terms.

Indemnity. You indemnify Di Nex in full against any claim arising from the content screened.

Limit. Di Nex's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for that event.

Consequential Loss. Di Nex is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment or revenue.

Injury. Di Nex accepts no liability for injury resulting from a guest's own conduct, misuse of equipment, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Indemnity. You indemnify Di Nex against claims arising from misuse of equipment, breach of these Terms, content screened, or third-party claims relating to the event.

Our Brand. The Di Nex Adventure name, logo and branding may not be reproduced or used commercially without written consent.

Our Photography. Di Nex may photograph events for marketing. Tell us in writing beforehand if you prefer not to be featured and we will use reasonable efforts to comply.

Your Photography. Photograph your event freely for personal use.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jamaican courts.

Disputes. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by discussion, and where necessary mediation, before litigation.

Entire Agreement. These Terms and your quotation form the whole agreement and supersede all prior discussions. Amendments must be agreed in writing.

Severability and Variation. If any provision is unenforceable it is severed and the rest stands. The Terms applying to a booking are those in force when the deposit is paid.
